Aqua Aerobics Classes
Our aqua aerobics classes offer you a great way to stay fit without aggravation or risking injury. Using the resistance of water automatically increases the intensity of your workout, helping to increase your strength, flexibility and your overall health.
Classes are similar to using weights or machines in a gym, however, water aerobics give you a natural buoyancy to help protect and target particular areas of your body that require attention.
Most classes are held in the waist to chest-deep water, so non-swimmers can also participate.
Professional Group Fitness Instructors
Get active with our aqua aerobics group fitness classes which include Active Adults and warm water pool classes run by qualified and motivated instructors.
We provide you with floatation devices, music and qualified instructors to take you through the routines. The classes are held in our indoor 50-metre and warm water pools.
