I come from a background in AFL and running, which really sparked my love for fitness and training. Sport has taught me how important strength, endurance and movement are not just for performance, but for feeling good day to day.

I’m super excited to be in the gym space because I love working with people and helping them push towards their own goals. Whether it’s building strength, improving fitness or just enjoying the process, I want to make training something you look forward to. The best part about being a trainer is the chance to connect, encourage and share the journey with others so I’m very excited to meet you all!
