My passion for gym-based health and fitness began in the 1980s, when I first qualified as a trainer. In recent years, I returned to the health and wellness industry and have thoroughly enjoyed working as a personal trainer, group fitness, bootcamp, and gym instructor. I’m especially interested in how technology can enhance health and wellbeing, and in finding effective, engaging ways to make exercise more enjoyable and accessible for everyone.
I’m excited to support and guide members in building the confidence and capacity to live with greater vitality, strength, and overall wellness.
