I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and live more independently through exercise. I take a person-centred, creative approach to care, thinking outside the box to tailor programs that truly suit each individual. I have a strong interest in women’s health, chronic conditions, and restoring function and confidence across all ages and abilities. With a background in football, basketball, and running, I value the power of movement in both performance and everyday life. My goal is to help every client become the best version of themselves, in a way that’s meaningful, sustainable, and empowering.
