Looking for your next taste of adrenaline or love the feeling of small group, high intensity sessions? Knox HIT has been going off the past few months!
This high intensity functional training program is designed to test the body and build both your physical and mental strength. Our coaches help the participants work to their maximum potential and experience the benefits of a range of training protocols - such as interval training, body weight movements and functional exercise patterns.
Each 45 minute class is designed to include a warm up, "benchmark" and "beat" process - all participants are tought how to use the correct techniques so you'll know exactly what you need to do!
